The scope of these terms

This page sets the rules for using this website and for any request you send through it. The site is run by Express Air Duct Cleaning Delray Beach and describes the duct, dryer vent and chimney work we do for homes in Delray Beach and the four towns around it. You can reach us by ringing (561) 652-1432 or through the booking form on our contact page.

Sending the form does not book a time

The form is open 24/7, but what reaches us is a request. Someone on the crew reads it and rings you back to fix a time within office hours, and until that call the visit is not on our calendar. A form sent after hours is read first thing on the next morning we are open.

Prices and quotes

No page on this site takes a payment, and none of them gives a price for your home. We price the job at your place with the system open, because the price depends on the size of the home, how many air handlers it has and what is inside them. No work begins until you have heard the figure and agreed to it. The savings calculator on the home page gives a ballpark, not a promise: real savings depend on your equipment, your insulation and how you use the AC.

Photos you attach

Adding photos to the form is optional. They help us bring the right tools to your home, and like the rest of what you send, they are seen only by the people who schedule and do the work.

What we receive when you ring us or send the form, what we use it for and how to have it deleted are all set out in our Privacy Policy.

If something here is unclear

Ring (561) 652-1432 and ask; you will reach the same crew that does the work. If we change these terms, the date at the top of this page changes with them.
